Use This Time to Press Pause

Maybe you’re realizing that you want love in your life now more than ever. I’m here to help you get it. I recommend that you start by using this time to reflect on what’s been happening in your dating life. What patterns tend to repeat for you? Do you date the same types of guys over and over again? Now is Not The Time to Have a Lousy Dating Profile

Just kidding, but you know my views on online dating if you’ve been following me for more than 5 seconds. It’s your best shot at finding your man if you do it right. And having a great profile matters more than ever right now. It’s the only way you’re meeting new men these days, so write one today if you don’t have one. Be sure to include a few lines about the kind of relationship you’re looking for. If this scares anyone away, that’s great. Do not ever write another boring list of adjectives, travel destinations, or (God forbid) rants or “don’t message me if’s”. Write […]

How to Vet The Guys You Date

Do you keep dating men who aren’t good for you? Here’s how to stop right now. When you’re shopping for men, look for the ones who have actual relationship skills. Prioritize these qualities over all else. I tell my clients to narrow down their “lists” to 5 character based must-have’s. This cuts through the noise and gets you dating men who are relationship-ready. It’s so much more fun than endless drama. No more finding someone cute with great chemistry and trying to shoehorn him into your life. Forget about sleeping with him for a few months hoping he’ll fall in love with you and then you’ll be able to sneak a relationship in the back door. None of that. If you only date men who are good for you and capable of having a healthy relationship, you can relax and enjoy the ride. To learn more, check out this video! […]
